负载液体的兰姆波衰减分析

摘要:兰姆波器件用于液体检测时,由于液体的出现会产生能量泄漏而成为漏兰姆波,此时在兰姆波的传播过程中会不断向液体内漏入能量,从而导致声场分量的衰减。由此在声场分量表达式中引入衰减因子,建立了漏兰姆波的二维分析模型,能够为其实际应用提供理论指导。并且,针对二维模型,结合表面有效介电常数方法的直观性和边界条件系数行列式方法的精确性,采用"表面有效介电常数粗搜"加上"边界条件系数行列式细搜"的方法来获得漏兰姆波的传播速度与衰减因子,能够同时加快计算速度与提高计算精度。

Attenuation Analysis of Lamb wave with Liquid Loading
Abstract:When Lamb wave device is used as liquid sensing, the appearance of liquid loading would lead to the energy leakage and the Lamb wave becomes leaky Lamb wave. The acoustic field components would attenuate because of the energy leakage into the liquid in the process of Lamb wave propagation. This paper establishes two-dimensional analysis model of leaky Lamb wave by adding attenuation factor in the expressions of acoustic field components. The model can provide guidance for the practical application of leaky Lamb wave. Furthermore, as to two-dimensional model, combining the clarity of surface effective permittivity method and the accuracy of boundary conditions coefficient determinant method, we obtain the leaky Lamb wave propagation velocity and attenuation factor by the method of "surface effective permittivity rough-searching" added by "boundary conditions coefficient determinant refined-searching", which can improve calculation speed and increase calculation precision simultaneously.
