白藜芦醇延缓细胞衰老的机制

摘要:白藜芦醇是一种从天然植物如葡萄皮、坚果或花生中提取出来的多酚衍生物,它能通过影响细胞周期的调控、衰老相关蛋白的表达、影响机体的抗氧化机制和抑制细胞的增值等从而起到抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗炎症等多种作用。最近的相关研究表明,白藜芦醇能够延缓衰老和增加低等生物的寿命,其机制可能是通过活化体内寿命相关蛋白乙酰化酶的活性造成的。此外,由于白藜芦醇具有增强机体抗氧化机制的能力,从而通过这一机制保护生物体免受氧化基团诱导的衰老。这篇综述主要侧重于白藜芦醇延缓生物体衰老的可能途径及简略的描述下现在已知的衰老延缓机制。

Possible mechanisms of Resveratrol in delaying senescence
Abstract:Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound found in various plants, including grapes, berries, and peanuts. It shows multi bioactivities suchas anti-aging, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer and anti-inflamation, function by regulation of cell cycle progression and expression of age-related proteins, mechanism of anti-oxidant or inhibition of cell proliferation. Recent studies indicated that, Resveratrol could expand the lifespan of lower creatures and delay the senility progress. The mechanism of anti-aging should be related to the activation of sirtuin (NAD+-dependent histone deacetylases). In addition, Ressveratrol could prevent organisms from oxidants damage. This paper reviewed current advances of mechanisms on how Resveratrol delay senescence.
