含软弱煤层掘进工作面电磁辐射突出预测应用研究

摘要:为了研究软分层煤体对煤与瓦斯突出影响作用,并应用于突出危险预测。对掘进巷道突出规律进行分析,利用电磁辐射监测仪对掘进工作面前方煤体电磁辐射进行现场测试,分析软煤厚度变化电磁辐射响应规律。结果表明:软煤电磁辐射水平要高于硬煤;有突出危险性时,软煤电磁辐射信号反应强于硬煤,电磁辐射"跳变"明显;软煤突然消失、软煤厚度变化幅度大于等于0.8m或持续保持厚度大于等于1.1m时,突出危险性增大;电磁辐射对软煤厚度变化响应敏感,与软煤厚度变化呈"选择性"正相关性。

Application Research of Predicting Coal and Gas Outburst Using Electromagnetic Radiation in Heading Face with Soft Layer Coal
Abstract:In order to study the effect role of soft layer coal on coal and gas outburst,and applied to outburst fatalness prediction.According to the analysis and summing-up of the historical outburst law in excavation roadway and electromagnetic radiation (EMR) produced by coal was measured using EMR monitor in excavation roadway,EMR response law by the thickness changes of soft coal was analyzed. The results showed that EMR level produced by soft coal is higher than hard coal.When outburst fatalness is existence,EMR signals produced by soft coal have more strongly reflected than hard coal and EMR's "jump" is significant.When soft coal disappeared suddenly or the thickness change range of soft coal is greater than or equal to 0.8m or the thickness is greater than or equal to 1.1m continuously, outburst fatalness is increased. EMR has a sensitive response to the thickness changes of soft coal and shows a "selective" positive correlation with it.
