含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属组织转变行为

摘要:研究了含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属的组织转变行为,实测了双丝埋弧焊焊缝金属的热循环曲线。双丝多道埋弧焊大热输入焊缝金属存在一次热循环CGHAZ和二次热循环IRCGHAZ。含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属的显微组织由稀土Ce的氧硫化物诱导的针状铁素体和先共析铁素体组成。一次热循环CGHAZ和二次热循环IRCGHAZ的显微组织由针状铁素体、感生针状铁素体、先共析铁素体和粒状贝氏体组成。感生针状铁素体是在具有高密度位错的一次针状铁素体上形核长大的,感生针状铁素体与一次针状铁素体有相贯线。粒状贝氏体在针状铁素体和感生针状铁素体附近的高碳奥氏体区形成。含稀土Ce的大热输入焊缝金属显微组织有晶粒自细化能力,这确保焊缝金属有高的低温冲击韧性值。

Microstructure transform behavior of large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce
Abstract:In this paper,the microstructure transform behavior of the large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce was studied. Weld thermal cycle curves of double-wire submerged arc welding were measured. The weld metal by double-wire multi-pass submerged arc welding has one time thermal cycle CGHAZ and two times thermal cycle IRCGHAZ. The microstructures of the large heat input weld metals are acicular ferrite that Ce oxide sulphide particles had induced nucleation and proeutectoid ferrite. The microstructures of CGHAZ and IRCGHAZ are acicular ferrite, sympathetic acicular ferrite(SAF), proeutectoid ferrite and grain bainite. The first acicular ferrite with high density dislocation can induce SAF nucleation. The place that the acicular ferrite had induced SAF nucleation has transfixion curve. The grain bainite nucleated in the austenitic zone with high carbon content close to acicular ferrite and SAF. The microstructures of the large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce has ability to grain self-refinement, which makes it high notch toughness values at low temperature.
