基于延迟干涉仪的全光OFDM系统仿真

摘要:传统的光OFDM技术在电域OFDM信号的产生/恢复时都要经过复杂的电域IFFT/FFT处理,从而会受到半导体技术中电子瓶颈的影响,进而制约了传输速率的增加。全光OFDM技术通过在光域完成IFFT/FFT能从根本上消除这一影响。延迟干涉仪(DI,delay interferometer)经过级联可以在光域实现FFT,从而可以用于全光OFDM信号的产生和恢复。本文通过仿真研究了以延迟干涉仪为基础的全光OFDM系统的传输性能,给出仿真结果并进行简要分析。

Simulation of all-optical OFDM system based on delay interferometers
Abstract:Traditional optical OFDM technology faces complicated electronic IFFT/FFT processing in the generation/recovery of electrical OFDM signal.Then it is affected by bottle neck in semiconductor technology, thus limits the increase of transmission bitrate.All optical OFDM can eliminate the affection by performing IFFT/FFT in optical field, which can be achieved by a cascade of delay interferometers.This paper simulates a all optical OFDM system based on DIs, presents the result and its brief analysis.
