“目标管理”体系下的本科生实践课教学探索

摘要:将目标管理法应用于"环境影响评价实验课",通过设置教学目标、教学过程管理以及效果评价三个环节进行教学与管理分析,制订了具有"目标性、应用性、层次性、拓展性"突出特点的新教学方案,提出了强化课堂教与学的过程控制,剖析了实用的教学效果评价方法。应用现代教学管理方法促进实践类课程教学内容与管理的改进与优化,旨在提高本科生实践技能、科研技能、以及职业技能水平,是从课程的教学管理层面对本科生实践能力培养所做的有益尝试。

Exploration of Practical Teaching of Undergraduates In Management by Objectives
Abstract:With the introduction of management by objectives (MBO) to the experimental course of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), we have analyzed the instruction and management based on the designs of instruction aims, teaching procedure supervision and effect assessment. We have formulated a new teaching plan with the characteristics of objectives, applications, levels, and expansions, proposed the process monitoring in intensification of class teaching and learning and explored the assessment methodology of practical teaching effects. With the application of modern teaching management methods in the improvement and optimization of practical course content and management, we can elevate the capabilities of undergraduates in the aspects of profession, research and occupation, which can be considered as a useful tempt in the nurture of practical capabilities of undergraduates in class teaching management.
