毛细管电泳方法用于硫氰酸盐氧化反应中各阴离子的研究

摘要:发展了一种用于硫氰酸盐氧化反应中各阴离子检测的毛细管电泳分析方法。对背景电解质的组成、pH值和电渗流改良剂的浓度以及分离电压、分离温度等条件进行了研究。选定条件:采用间接紫外法为检测手段,以20mmol/L KNO3为背景电解质,并加入2.0×10-5mmol/L的电渗流改性剂HDB,最终溶液的pH值由LiOH调节。分离过程所施加的电压为-20 kV,分离检测温度为25 oC,检测波长为210nm。在上诉条件下,反应过程中的五种阴离子可在6.5min内实现完全分离。

Development of Capillary Electrophoresis Method for Determination of the Inorganic Anions in the Oxidation of Thiocyanage
Abstract:A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the kinetic study of the oxidation of thiocyanage by hydrogen peroxide. The components and pH of the buffer solution, The components of osmotic flow modifier and the separation voltage were investigated. The optimized parameters were 20mM potassium nitrate buffer solution containing 2.0 × 10-5mM Hexadimethrine bromide(HDB) as osmotic flow modifier, a separation voltage of -20 kV and a detection wavelength of 210nm. Under the specified conditions five anions were completely separated in 6.5 minutes.
