冲击力、软组织振动及其与运动损伤关系研究进展

摘要:跑跳等动作人体下肢所承受的被动冲击力可以对肌肉-骨骼系统造成影响,但这并不意味着冲击力就是造成运动损伤的根本原因。近期的研究显示,冲击力的频率(10-20Hz)与人体软组织固有频率(5-65Hz)的重叠而引起的共振是导致软组织损伤的另一重要因素。本文从冲击力的力学特点着手,探讨了人体对于该冲击在运动学、软组织振动以及肌肉活化方面的反馈,并结合有关"肌肉调谐"理论的最新进展,总结了冲击力与运动损伤之间近半个多世纪以来的发展关系,为更全面地认识冲击力、了解软组织功能、理解运动损伤开辟新的思路。

Research Advancements in the Relationship between Impact Forces, Soft Tissue Vibrations, and Sports-related Injury
Abstract:The impact force which exerted on lower limbs during human movements has been proposed as an effect on muscle-skeletal system, however, this does not mean that the impact force is the main cause of the sports injury. Recent studies have suggested that the resonance which induced by the overlapping between the impact force frequency (10-20 Hz) and the soft tissue frequency (5-65HZ) is one of the key factors for soft tissue injury. This study explored the human reaction to the effect of impact force on kinematics, soft tissue vibrations, and muscle activation. We attempted to summarize the relationship between the impact force and sports injury combined with the latest progress of muscle tuning. We tried to inaugurate new ways of thinking for a more comprehensive understanding of impact force, soft tissue function, and sports injury.
