食品企业的供应链组织程度、市场性质、管理者特征与可追溯食品的生产意愿研究

摘要:本文运用带罚函数的Logistic计量模型,以江苏省丰县114家食品生产企业为案例,实证研究了影响食品生产企业可追溯食品生产意愿的主要因素。结果表明,出口(市场性质)、食品生产企业的质量认证、供应链的组织程度、管理者性别与年龄等因素显著影响食品生产企业可追溯食品的生产意愿。本文探索了二元Logistic模型可能存在的偏差与因小样本而无法迭代的问题,为小样本容量的二元Logistic模型研究提供了新的思路。本文的研究对探索政府支持食品可追溯体系建设的政策工具,探求政府监管与市场机制相结合的确保食品安全的路径具有积极的意义。

Willingness of Food Traceability Adoption at the Firm Level
Abstract:Traceability is becoming a condition to operate in Chinese food markets. The penalized logistic regression was introduced as a tool, this research conducts the questionnaire of 114 food manufacturers in Feng County,Jiangsu Province, China,to investigate the key factors affecting the willing to adopt traceability at the firm level in the Chinese food industry. This paper tries to seek the method of strengthening food safety control and stimulating food producers to choose traceability, as well as the application of penalized logistic regression. Results suggest that factors like export, HACCP, producer organization in food supply chains, gender and age of firm managers, are all significantly linked to the willingness of firm-level traceability adoption in food industry. This research also introduces the penalized likelihood algorithm to correct the bias and iteration problem caused by small sample in logistic regression, which bring a new idea to the study of small sample case.
