蒲公英状多方向压电振动能量采集装置发电性能研究

摘要:为实现对不同方向环境振动能量的有效收集,本文提出了一种蒲公英状多方向压电振动能量采集装置。通过对蒲公英状多方向压电振动能量收集装置的输出功率实验得出,当激励方向在XY面内变化时,激励方向与X轴夹角为90 时,装置输出的功率最大,最大输出功率达到1.2mW左右;当激励方向在XZ面内变化时,激励方向与Y轴夹角为45 或者135 时,装置将输出最大的功率,最大输出功率达到0.29mW。通过对蒲公英状多方向压电振动能量收集装置的能量转化效率研究得到,其最大能量转化效率可以达到3.3%。从上述结果可以看出,该蒲公英状多方向压电振动能量收集装置能在不同激励方向下可以收集到较多的能量,所收集到的能量完全可以满足无线传感网络等低耗能微电子器件的供能需求。

Study on the Power Generation Performance of Dandelion-type Multi-direction Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvesting Device
Abstract:To achieve an effective harvesting of ambient vibration energy in different directions, this paper proposed a dandelion-type multi-direction piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device, and analyzed this design based on reliable theories and documentations. By the experiments to measure its output power, we obtain the following conclusions: The dandelion-type multi-direction piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device can harvest relatively more energy in different excitations. However, it harvests less energy from excitation in individual directions (for example, the angle between excitation direction and X axis is π/2 in XZ plane). Overall, this dandelion-type multi-directional piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device can reach its maximum output power of about 0.29mW and maximum energy conversion efficiency of 3.3%. It can completely meet the needs of many microelectronic devices.
