一维磁性纳米材料及其稀土合金的制备与表征

摘要:采用AAO模板电沉积法合成出了排列规整及尺寸可控的一维磁性纳米材料,并在此基础上合成出了稀土磁性纳米材料。对得到的一维纳米阵列进行了结构和形貌的表征。结果表明,得到的纳米阵列直径符合模板的孔径大小,为200nm左右,而沉积得到的纳米管和纳米线能在整个模板范围内排列规整。同时,稀土加入前后纳米阵列的形貌变化证明了稀土元素的存在,并且,稀土的加入对金属的耐腐蚀性有一定的加强。另外,EDS谱图也证明了Co、Ni、Nd等元素的存在。

The fabrication and characterization of One Dimension magnetic nanomaterials and its rare-earth alloy
Abstract:High ordered and controlled One-dimension magnetic nanomaterials and its rare-earth alloy were fabricated by DC electrochemical deposition into AAO. The nanoarrays were characterized by SEM and the results showed its same measurement with the AAO diameter, which was about 200nm. What was more important is that the nanoarrays had a whole scope of high order with AAO. Meanwhile, the performance change in the absence and addition of rare-earth gave an evidence of the existence of rare-earth and an enhance of the metal corrosion-resistance. In addition, EDS demonstrated the existence of Co、Ni、Nd.
