Tb荧光探针检测痕量Bi(III)

摘要:本文提出了一种新的检测痕量Bi(III)的荧光方法。该法利用Bi(III)淬灭Tb荧光探针荧光的原理检测Bi(III),Bi(III)浓度在0-30 pM范围内,探针的荧光强度与Bi(III)浓度之间呈线性关系,对水溶液中的Bi(III)的检测限可达0.1 pM。对胃药胶体果胶铋胶囊中的Bi(III)进行了检测,回收率为98-105%,该方法比目前常见的Bi(III)测定方法灵敏度约高100倍。

Terbium fluorescence probe for the determination of trace Bi(III)
Abstract:A novel fluorescence assay for trace Bi(III) was established. This method is based on the quenching of terbium fluorescence probe by Bi(III). In the concentration range of 0 to 30 pM, the concentration of Bi(III) is inversely proportional to the fluorescence intensity of Tb probe. The limit of detection is 0.1 pM for the Bi(III) in aqueous solution. This method was also applied to detect Bi(III) in the drug of colloidal bismuth pectin capsule; the recovery is between 98 to 105 %. The presented method is 100-fold more sensitive than common detection methods.
