纳米金属增强量子点荧光复合颗粒的制备及表征

摘要:制备了一种能增强量子点荧光的纳米金属颗粒和量子点的复合颗粒Au@SiO2。研究了纳米金属颗粒对量子点荧光增强的效应。在金纳米颗粒表面包被一层二氧化硅后,通过三氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的修饰使二氧化硅的表面带正电荷后和表面带负电荷的量子点通过静电吸附形成荧光增强的复合颗粒。通过改变正硅酸乙酯的量来调控二氧化硅的厚度从而调节金纳米颗粒和量子点之间的距离,研究了金属纳米颗粒和量子点之间的距离对金属荧光增强效应的影响。实验结果表明,当二氧化硅的厚度为10 nm左右时量子点的荧光增强效应最大,增强效应为1.8倍。

Preparation and Characterization of nanoparticle metal-enhanced QDs Fluorescence complex nanoparticles
Abstract:In this paper, some complex nanoparticles of gold nanoparticle metal-enhanced quantum dots fluorescence were prepared. The fluorescence enhancement effect of nanoparticles on the quantum dots were also studied. The experiments contain coating silica on the surface of gold nanoparticles and adjusting the distance between metal nanoparticles and quantum dots by controlling the thickness of silica with dfferent TEOS, and modifiing with APTES, the complex nanoparticles are composed of quantum dots and metal nanoparticles through electrostatic adsorption. Experimental results show that the fluorescence of quantum dots gets the maximum enhancement when the thickness of silica is 10 nm, and its fluorescence intensity is equal to 1.8 times of the same amount of quantum dots.
