计入表面粗糙度的内燃机主轴承混合润滑仿真分析

摘要:利用计入润滑表面粗糙度的平均Reynolds方程分析了内燃机主轴承的润滑特性。仿真结果表明主轴承与主轴颈间的润滑特性受表面粗糙度影响明显;计入表面粗糙度后,轴心轨迹变化较大,最小油膜厚度增加,端部泄流量和最大油膜压力在一个工作循环内的大部分时间里变化不明显;在一定范围内,增大表面粗糙度,有利于润滑表面间形成油膜,但由于微凸体接触力也增大,油膜厚度与粗糙度的比值减小,使得润滑性能并没有得到改善。

Mixed Lubrication Analysis of Main Bearings Considering the Surface Roughness
Abstract:The average Reynolds equation considering the surface roughness can accurately be used to analysis the mixed lubrication of main bearings. The results of analysis indicate that the surface roughness has great effect on the lubrication properties of main bearings. When surface roughness of bearings is considered, the bearings orbits change greatly, the least film thickness increases obviously, and the end flow-rate and highest film pressure change little in the most time. Increased surface roughness within certain range, film thickness and asperity contact pressure increase, the ratio of film thickness and roughness decrease, and the lubrication of main bearings become worse.
