摘要:毛细管电泳-电喷雾离子化-质谱技术近年来得到了快速的发展。本文介绍了毛细管电泳-电喷雾离子化-质谱技术的原理及其常用的几种分离模式。对该技术在蛋白质组学、药物分析、法医毒物分析、环境分析和食品分析等方面的应用进展做了简要综述。该技术正在成为高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化-质谱强有力的竞争对手。

Briefly introduction and part application of electrophoresis-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry
Abstract:Capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry is rapdily developing in recently years.In this paper the basic theory of capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry and its frequently-used analytical modes were introduced. The application of this hybrid technology on the field of proteomics, pharmaceutical, forensic, environment and food analysis were also briefly reviewed.This technolgy now is growing to be a strong challenger to high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry.
