青蒿琥酯对胃癌细胞形貌和机械性质的作用

摘要:目的:研究青蒿琥酯对胃癌细胞SGC-7901超微结构和机械性质的影响。方法: SGC-7901细胞体外培养 ,用CCK-8实验确定IC50。用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究细胞超微结构和机械性质。结果:与对照组比较, 青蒿琥酯作用过后细胞表面的粗糙度显著增加,同时细胞的黏附力和杨氏模量减少。结论:青蒿琥酯能够降低细胞的黏附力,进而影响细胞增殖的最适宜环境,起到抑制SGC-7901增殖的作用。

Morphological and Mechanical Changes of Gastric Carcinoma Cells Induced Artesunate
Abstract:AM: To study the Morphological and Mechanical Changes of Gastric Carcinoma Cells induced by artesunate. METHOD: SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro,and the IC50 was calculated by CK-8 experiments. The ultra-structure and mechanical change were studied by AFM. RESULES: Contrary to the control group, the surfaces of SGC-7901 cells treated by artesunate were rougher, and the adhesion decreased significantly as well as young's mould.。 CONCLUSION: Artesunat can inhibit the propagation preference of SGC-7901 by destructing the adhesive force.
