石墨烯/碳纳米管的制备及其电容性能研究

摘要:使用NaBH4在乙醇溶液中还原氧化石墨烯和混酸处理的碳纳米管,制得石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射分析(XRD),拉曼光谱(Raman)测试表征石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料的微观结构,利用循环伏安法测试其电容性能。结果表明:碳纳米管与石墨烯形成了层层结构,减小了石墨烯叠层团聚;电化学分析表明,石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料的比电容相对石墨烯有明显的提高。

Research on capacitance property and preparation of Graphene/CNTs
Abstract:In this paper, the graphene oxide/CNTs of mixed acid treatment were reduced to graphene/CNTs by NaBH4 in ethanol solution. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman spectra(Raman) were used to characterize the morphology and microstructure of graphene/CNTs. Its electrochemical behavior was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. Results showed that CNTs performed as the intercalation into graphene layers formed the layer-by-layer structure for reducing agglomeration. Electrochemical analysis showed that the graphene/CNTs composite performed better specific capacitance than that of graphene.
