激光焊参数对钛合金焊缝形貌与力学性能的影响

摘要:本文研究了CO2激光焊接工艺参数对TC4钛合金焊缝形貌、微观组织、显微硬度和残余应力的影响。结果表明,随着激光焊接线能量的增大,焊缝正面熔宽和背面宽度都呈增大趋势,背面宽度增加更为显著;焊缝显微硬度与焊缝中针状α'相的含量相关,针状α'相越多,焊缝金属硬度越高;随着焊接热输入的增加,显微硬度值略有增加;激光焊接残余应力呈现非线性梯度分布,横向残余应力与纵向残余应力相比,数值小且变化平缓。

The effect of laser welding parameters on the titanium alloy microstructure and propertoes
Abstract:This study analyzed the appearance and microstructure of weld under different laser welding parameters for TC4 titanium alloy, and then tested the microhardness. The result showed that with weld heat input increasing, there was a trend of increment for weld pool width and the bottom width, which increased more observably. There was a relationship between weld microstructure and the content of acicular α' phase in the weld. The more acicular α' phase was, the higher the weld microhardness was. With the increment of weld heat input, the microhardness increased slightly. There was nonlinear gradient distribution of residual stress in the plate and Transverse residual stress varies smoother than longitudinal stress.
