电闭环先导比例方向阀的特性研究

摘要:电液比例阀作为电液比例控制技术的核心元件,不仅决定了整个工程机械的操控性,它还代表了整个流体控制技术的发展。根据电液比例方向阀的研究现状,本文将位移-先导反馈原理运用到三位四通阀上,设计出三位四通阀的结构.运用simulationX对新型比例方向阀建模并进行静态和动态仿真。本论文主要验证新原理阀的正确性,该研究工作为电液比例控制的进一步发展提供了新的基础元件。

Characteristics Research of the closed-loop pilot proportional directional valve
Abstract:The electro-hydraulic proportional valve , which is the core components of the proportion of electro-hydraulic control technology, not only determines the mechanical manipulation of the whole project, but it also represents the development of entire fluid control technology.According to the research of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve, this paper introduces the displacement - pilot flow feedback principle to the three position four-way slide valve, designing the structure of the three position four-way valve .This paper uses simulationX to establish the model of pilot proportinal directional valve and obtain dynamic-state and steady-state simulation curves. This paper mainly confirms the correctness of the new principle of valve,and the research provides a new basis element for further development of electro-hydraulic proportional control.
