挤压铸造机压射系统的动态配合数值模拟

摘要:冲头和压室在挤压铸造过程中受热、力等因素影响产生变形。本文基于铸造模拟软件ProCAST建立数值模型,对阶梯薄板零件的挤压铸造立式压射过程进行了模拟,得到在这一过程中冲头和压室各自的变形,计算出二者之间的动态配合间隙,并对变形和配合间隙的变化规律进行了分析。

Numerical Simulation of the Dynamic Match for the Injection System of the Squeeze Casting Machine
Abstract:Plunger tip and shot sleeve have deformations by the influence of the heat, power and so on during the process of the squeeze casting. In this paper, a numerical model is established based on the casting simulation software ProCAST. In the form of vertical injection, the squeeze casting process of the step plate part is simulated. At the same time, the deformations of the plunger tip and shot sleeve have been got. Then the result of the dynamic clearance of the plunger tip and the shot sleeve is calculated out and the law of the deformations and the dynamic clearance is analyzed.
