TiO2纳米晶的制备及外场对TiO2晶体结构的影响

摘要:在水相体系中合成了TiO2纳米晶,研究了温度、pH对二氧化钛晶体结构的影响。利用XRD、TEM对样品进行测试,发现锐钛矿型TiO2合成的最佳条件为:温度为80℃、硝酸体积比1%。探究外场对纳米晶结构的影响,通过TEM照片发现外场可以诱导TiO2晶体结构的改变,超声可以改善材料的分散性,紫外可以抑制TiO2(001)晶面的生长,从而改变晶体的形貌。

The synthesis of TiO2 nanocrystals and the influence of external field on TiO2 crystal structure
Abstract:We synthesized TiO2 nanocrystals in aqueous system and assessed the in?uence of temperature and pH on the crystal structure of titanium dioxide. To synthesis anatase TiO2, the optimum conditions were: temperature of 80 C, the nitric acid volume ratio of 1%. After characterization by X-ray diffraction and transmission electronmicroscopy, it was found that the external field could induce changes in the structure of TiO2 crystal. The ultrasound could improve the dispersion of the material. The UV inhibited the growth of (001) crystal face, thus changing the morphology of the crystals.
