基于有限元法的液压支架中缸体可靠性分析

摘要:液压支架立柱在工作中可能造成胀缸。本文利用ANSYS中的PDS模块,以载荷、尺寸、弹性模量、疲劳强度作为随机输入变量,对液压支架立柱中缸体进行可靠性分析,得出中缸体的可靠度、最大应力的分布函数及各输入随机变量的灵敏度分析结果。为液压支架安全可靠性生产提供了新的方法。

Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic Support Cylinder Bore Based on Finite Element Method
Abstract:The column of hydraulic support could expand in the work. This paper makes the reliability analysis for pillar cylinder of hydraulic support in Ansys/PDS, by taking load, size, elastic modulus and fatigue strength as the random input variables. The CDF of maximum stress and reliability of the pillar cylinder are obtained. And we can conclude that the load and fatigue strength are the main parameter impacting on its reliability. This provides a new method for the safe and reliable production of hydraulic support.
