基于CT心血管图像的随机点霍夫变换血管检测算法

摘要:本文在传统霍夫变换算法的基础上提出了基于CT心血管图像的改进随机点霍夫变换(Randomized Point Hough Transform,RPHT)算法。结合自适应采样及容错性操作,改进算法有效减少了内存占用及计算时间,能够准确、快速地从CT心血管图像中检测出目标血管轮廓,获得准确的血管横截面参数,较原始RPHT算法准确度更高。实验表明,本文的改进RPHT算法在CT图像血管分割预处理方面有很好的效果,满足血管识别的需求。

The Improved Randomized Point Hough Transform Vascular Detection Algorithm
Abstract:In this paper, an improved Randomized Point Hough Transform (RPHT) algorithm towards the edge detection of cardiovascular CT images is proposed based on the traditional Hough Transform, as a pre-processing process of vascular segmentation. With the combination of fault-tolerant operations and adaptive sampling, this algorithm has the advantage of improving the memory footprint, reducing the computation time of RPHT algorithm and improving the accuracy of vascular detection. Experiments show that the improved RPHT algorithm has demonstrated promising result in the pre-processing of vessel segmentation, yielded a high accuracy in the obtained parameters of the vessel cross-section. This is significant for the subsequent segmentation of blood vessels.
