纳米二氧化钛材料的研究进展

摘要:二氧化钛是一种典型的宽禁带半导体氧化物,在太阳能电池、光催化、传感器、润湿性等诸多领域均有出色表现。当其尺寸下降到纳米尺度后,二氧化钛材料的性能不仅受其化学组成、晶体结构的影响,而且还受其生长方向和排列构型的调控。本文主要从二氧化钛纳米材料的组成和形态角度,就近年来国内外在制造二氧化钛纳米材料方面所取得的进展进行了论述。

Research Progress of Titania Nanomaterials
Abstract:As a typical wide band-gap semiconducting oxide material, titanium dioxide have attracted a great deal of interest due to its promising applications in multidisciplinary fields, such as dye-senstized solar cells, photocatalysis, sensing and amphiphilicity. When its size down to the nanometer scale, the performance of nanostructured titania is highly dependent not only on its size, crystal shape and structure, but also on its growth direction and assembly. This paper reviewed the research progress of titania nanostructures from the angle of composition and shape of titania nanomaterials.
