凯斯勒心理量表10项与6项在大学生中的应用

摘要:目的:比较凯斯勒心理疾患量表的两种版本在高校大学生心理调查中的应用,并分析高校大学生的心理健康现状。方法:采取随机分层抽样方法在四川某高校中抽取1380大学生,选用凯斯勒心理疾患量表对其进行心理调查。结果:1380名大学生中K6与K10的得分均值分别为4.62±3.72与7.82±5.91,其中K6得分大于12者占3.8%,K10得分大于19者(4级)占4.3%;不同年级及年龄段之间的大学生K6或K10得分差异均具有统计学意义,而不同性别、学院或是否独生之间的得分差异不具有统计学意义;K6与K10之间的相关系数为0.961,p<0.05。结论:K6量表可以在大学生心理调查中推广使用;不同年级与年龄段的大学生心理健康状况差异较大。

Comparative Study of the Kessler 10 and Kessler 6 Scales on Chinese University Students' Mental Health
Abstract: [Objective]To compare the utilization of the two different versions of the Kessler scales among university students,and analysis the mental health status of these students. [Methods] 1380 college students were extracted by stratified sampling method in a certain university in Sichuan, and they have been investigated by Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10 and K6). [Results] For the 1380 college students, the average score of K6 was 4.62±3.72, and K10 was 7.82±5.91.For the score of K6, 3.8% of the students got more than 12 scores; and for the scores of K10, 4.3% of the students belong to the forth degree. There were significant differences between different grades and age groups in the scores of K6 or K10. However, theThere were not significant differences between the groups of different sex, academies or the groups ofonly-child and non-only-child . The correlation between K6 and K10 was 0.961. [Conclusion] The K6, which has less clauses, can be used in large-scale mental health survey instead of the K10.The factors of grade and age have a great influence on the mental health status of the college students.
