枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10防治木材蓝变抑菌物质分离纯化

摘要:抑菌物质分离纯化是木材蓝变生物防治研究重要的一部分。本文分析了生防菌株枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10抑菌物质部分理化性质,在此基础上对抑菌物质进行分离纯化。主要结论如下:枯草芽孢杆菌B26-10抑菌物质经过调节pH值去除杂蛋白、(NH4)2SO4沉淀、Sephadex G-75层析提取后,SDS-PAGE检测为单一条带,分子量约为63.5kDa。高温、强酸、强碱会使抑菌物质失活,抑菌物质对常规有机溶剂具有良好的稳定性。

Purification of antifungal metabolites of Bacillus subtilis B26-10 against sapstain fungi
Abstract:Purification of antifungal metabolites is considered to be one of important parts of biological control of sapstain fungi, which is an environmental-friendly method with broad prospect. Bacillus subtilis B26-10 exhibits antifungal activity against sapstain fungi. The antifungal metabolites were purified from its crude extracts through adjustment of pH, precipitation with (NH4)2SO4 and gel filtration chromatography, which were confirmed by SDS-PAGE that showed only one band with a molecular mass of 63.5kDa. Antifungal metabolites lost antifungal activity with high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali, while stable with organic solvent.
