基于经验模式分解的轨道平顺性评价分析

摘要:用逆Fourier变换方法反演我国干线铁路时速120km、160km、200km等级轨道谱、美国六级谱以及本文通过分析沪宁、沪杭、京沪高铁线实测数据初步得出的时速300~350km轨道谱,以其不平顺模拟值作为各时速等级的标准轨道不平顺状态。借鉴按运营时速划分铁路线路等级并进行综合评价的思想,运用经验模式分解方法(empirical mode decomposition,EMD)分解各轨道不平顺反演样本,获得各样本的本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF),以此为基础,提出本征模态函数分量标准差和二次标准差等两项评价指标,用于评价IMF分量所代表的轨道不平顺特征频域幅值波动大小以及区段轨道不平顺在整段频域内的相对波幅大小。同时,基于EMD信号分解的正交性和完备性,推导出了本征模态函数分量的标准差和轨道质量指数(TQI)之间的相互关系,以此为基础,可以验证并完善基于EMD的轨道平顺性评价方法。实例计算结果表明,基于EMD的轨道平顺性评价方法行之有效,可以更好的评估轨道的平顺性。

The Evaluation Analysis of Track Irregularity Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition Method
Abstract:Based on the inverse fourier transform method, we can get the simulation irregularity value of speed 120km/h, 160km/h, and 200km/h for the nation's main railway way, the American Six-level Spectrum, and the track spectrum preliminarily got through analyzing the actual data of Huning (Shanghai-Nanjing), Huhang (Shanghai-Hangzhou), Jinghu (Beijing-Shanghai) High-speed Railway, and make these values as the standard track irregularity states. This text absorbed the idea of dividing the rank of the railway line by its speed, at the same time, based on the empirical mode decomposition method can adaptively abstract the wave-amplitude message of the irregularity in high resolution, we can acquire the foundation of intrinsic mode function ( IMF ), based on this , putting forward two evaluation indexs: the standard deviation of the IMFand the secondary standard deviation, we can use this two index for evaluating the irregularities' size feature of the amplitude wave at the frequency domain and the relative amplitude wave size of the rail section at the whole frequency domain. On account of the methods above, through comparative analysis the inverting data of track spectrum and the actual measured data, it demonstrated that the method above is effective. At last, based on the orthogonality and completenese of EMD signal component, inferred this relation between the and , we can still further perfect the EMD evaluation method.
