枯草芽孢杆菌B26与戊唑醇协同防治木材蓝变

摘要:生物-化学协同防治木材蓝变,既能降低化学药剂的使用量,又能提高生物防效的稳定性,实现二者优势互补、协同增效,是具发展潜力的木材保护方法之一。本文以枯草芽孢杆菌B26为生防菌,测定11种化学药剂对木材蓝变菌的防效,将防效最强的化学药剂与生防菌进行复配,探讨复配剂对蓝变菌的室内毒力效果,旨在构建由生防菌与化学药剂组成的菌-药复剂。实验结果表明:戊唑醇(TEB)作为菌-药复配的化学因子,在较低使用浓度下不仅能有效抑制蓝变菌的生长,也能与生防菌很好的相容。将戊唑醇(0.0045mg/ml)和生防菌B26(1×107cfu/ml)复配,配比为4:6时对蓝变菌抑制的增效作用最高,增效比为1.35。复配剂防效显著优于单剂戊唑醇和单剂生防菌B26防效,且戊唑醇使用量只有单剂使用量的1/2,表明二者复配有明显增效作用,且降低了化学药剂使用量

Synergistic Effect of Fungicides and Bacillus subtilis against Wood Sap Stain Fungi
Abstract:Biological and chemical co-processing to prevent wood sap stain fungi, has been considered as one of the most development potential control technique, which could reduce the usage of chemicals, but also compensate for the deficiencies of the instability of biological control effect ,so as to realize complementary advantages of each other, On the basis of Bacillus subtilis B26,this research focused on the combination of the fermentation broth and environmental -friendly chemicals , so as to build an agent composed of Bacillus subtilis B26 and chemicals. The main results are as follows:As the chemical factor of combination research, TEB could inhibit the growth of sap stain fungi under lower usage level, alsowas compatible with strain B26 .Combining 0.0045 mg/ml TEB and 1×107cfu/ml Bacillus subtilis B26 fermentation broth, the synergistic ratio was the highest level under the volume ratio of 4:6.The control effectiveness of compound biocide is better than two single-dose ,and TEB usage of mixture is less than half of one single TEB dose,which indicating that combination of TEB and strain B26, not only could reduce the usage of chemicals,but also promote the biocontrol effectiveness.
