褐煤热解半焦性质研究

摘要:论文以锡林郭勒褐煤为原料,研究褐煤的热解特性;考察了热解温度等因素对褐煤热解过程以及产物性质的影响。研究结果表明:①锡林郭勒褐煤在热解温度520℃,停留时间为1.5h,煤样粒度为13~20mm的条件下,可以制备高发热量的半焦,此时半焦发热量为27.81 MJ/Kg。②锡林郭勒褐煤最佳热解温度480~520℃,半焦发热量6033~6492 Kcal/Kg;半焦产率55~56%。

Studies on the pyrolysis char of lignite
Abstract:This paper based on lignite as raw material. The lignite pyrolysis characteristics has been researched. The pyrolysis temperature which influenced the lignite pyrogenation process and product properties. The results show that: (1) The XinLin lignite being in pyrolysis temperature 520℃, retention time of 1.5h, particle size of coal samples for 13~20mm, under the condition of high heat can be prepared the carbocoal, this time the carbocoal heat for 27.81 MJ/Kg. (2) The XiLin lignite being the best pyrolysis temperature arrange from 480℃ to 520℃, carbocoal heat is between 6033 and 6492 Kcal /Kg; Semi-coke production rate is 55 to 56%.
