白藜芦醇的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘要:通过对DPPH自由基、ABTS+o的清除能力和还原力的测定,探讨白藜芦醇的抗氧化活性;并采用过氧化氢诱导红细胞自氧化模型和肝组织脂质过氧化反应模型,探讨白藜芦醇对自由基损伤和脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。结果显示,白藜芦醇具有很强的清除自由基和抑制自由基引起的氧化损伤的能力。

Antioxidant Activity of Resveratrol in Vitro
Abstract:The present study focused on the antioxidant activity of resveratrol in vitro. The antioxidant activity of resveratrol was assessed via determination the DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS radical scavenging capacity and reducing capacity, respectively. And the model of antioxidant red blood cells induced by hydrogen peroxide and liver lipid peroxidation model were used to investigate the effect of resveratrol on free radical damage and inhibiting lipid peroxidation. The results showed that resveratrol could scavenge free radicals and inhibit oxidative damage induced free radicals. And those antioxidant properties of resveratrol depend on concentration and increased with the increasing concentration of sample.
