基于环糊精的树枝状大分子造影剂的合成与表征

摘要:本文以环糊精为核合成了一种新型可降解的树枝状大分子,并将它与小分子钆螯合物键合制备出一种可降解的树枝状大分子磁共振造影剂。与传统的医用小分子造影剂相比,它们具有显著提高的弛豫率和体内循环时间。体内实验结果显示其具有很好的血池和肾脏造影能力,而且能够通过降解排除体外,避免造影剂在体内长期滞留产生毒性。

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NOVEL DENDRITIC MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING CONTRAST AGENT BASED ON CYCLODEXTRIN
Abstract:Novel dendritic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents based a new biodegradable dendrimer with cyclodextrin core was synthesized and characterized by GPC and 1H NMR. Compared with small molecular MRI contrast agents, the dendritic contrast agents had significantly enhanced longitudinal ionic relaxivity (R1). The preliminary in vivo imaging experiments indicated that the dendritic contrast agents had great potential in blood pool and kidney imaging.
