灌浆期弱光逆境对小麦叶片光合作用和叶面积指数影响的模拟模型

摘要:以弱筋小麦品种扬麦15号、扬麦13号和宁麦9号为试验材料,通过在灌浆期设定不同强度和持续时间的遮阴处理试验,模拟连阴雨天气诱发的弱光逆境对小麦叶片光合作用和叶面积指数的影响。在定量分析试验数据的基础上,确定基于光温指标的弱光对小麦叶片光合作用和叶面积指数的影响影响因子的计算方法,建立灌浆期弱光逆境对小麦叶片光合作用和叶面积指数影响的模拟模型,并用独立的试验资料对模型进行检验。试验数据的分析结果表明,灌浆期对小麦叶片净光合速率和叶面积指数产生显著影响的临界遮阴水平与持续时间为遮阴程度50%~66%且持续时间4天,或遮阴程度66%~84%且持续时间2天。用独立的试验资料对模型进行检验的结果表明,模型对叶片净光合速率和叶面积指数的模拟值与实测值基于1:1线的决定系数(r2)分别为0.79和0.89,相对均方根差(rRMSE)分别为5.47%和11.84%。本研究建立的模型可以较好的预测不同程度和持续时间的弱光逆境对小麦叶片光合作用和叶面积指数的影响,从而为下一步模拟弱光逆境对小麦干物质生产和产量的影响奠定了基础。

Quantifying the effects of solar radiation diminishing during milk filling stage on leaf photosynthesis and leaf area index of wheat
Abstract:Field experiments with three weak gluten winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars Yangmai 15, Yangmai 13 and Ningmai 9 were conducted during three growing seasons. Shading treatments with four shading levels (CK, 50%, 66% and 84%) and four duration (2d, 4d, 6d and 8d) during milk filling stage in the three grown seasons were designed to simulate the solar radiation diminishing caused by cloudy or rainy weather conditions. Based on the experimental data, the impact factors of solar radiation diminishing on leaf photosynthesis and leaf area index, as functions of photo-thermal index (PTI), were determined, respectively. Based on these functions, a dynamic model for predicting the effects of solar radiation diminishing during milk filling stage on photosynthesis and leaf area index of wheat. Independent experimental data were used to validate the model. Based on the experimental data, the critical levels and durations of shading were determined as 50%~66% and 4d, 66%~84% and 2d for leaf net photosynthetic rate and leaf area index. Model tests using independent experimental data results showed that the determination cofficient (r2) between the predicted and measured values of leaf net photosynthetic rate and leaf area index were 0.79 and 0.89, respectively, and the relative root mean squared errors (rRMSE) were 5.47% and 11.84%, respectively. The model developed in this study gave satisfactory predictions of the impacts of solar radiation diminishing during milk filling stage on leaf photosynthesis and leaf area index of wheat, hence, can be used for predicting the impact of solar radiation diminishing caused by cloudy or rainy weather conditions on biomass production and grain yield of wheat.
