关于PID现象对光伏组件影响的研究

摘要:随着光伏电站规模的不断增大,使用环境的差异及不确定性,出现了一系列的电站发电量降低,组件功率下降的问题。作为众多引发组件功率衰减的主因之一的PID(Potential Induced Degradation)现象引起了广泛的关注。本文利用实验模拟组件的使用环境并成功验证了PID现象的存在,并指出了在高温高湿的环境PID现象直接会影响到组件的功率,使其下降明显。同时也在现实环境中的电站项目中发现了PID现象。通过实验证明了PID现象是一种可逆的现象,功率可以恢复。这些发现对日后寻找改善并解决此现象起到了积极的作用。

The Reseach of The Solar Module PID Effect
Abstract:With the size of the solar power systems bigger and bigger, the difference and uncertain of the using enviroment, most solar systems appear power output lower and the module power loss issues and these issues become more serious. As one of the main reason of power degradation, PID (Potential Induced Degradation) effect got a lot of attention recently. This article was using the tests in lab to simulate module using enviroment to prove the existence of PID effect and the PID effect in high temperature and high humidity can cause the high power degradation. At same time, this effect exists in the real world solar power stations, By the test proved this effect is reversible, the power can be recovery. These finds give more ideas to solve this effect.
