考虑传热面固液接触角影响的池内核态沸腾预示模型

摘要:本文针对固液接触角对池内核态沸腾特性的影响进行了实验和半理论分析。对不考虑固液接触角影响的Benjamin 和 Balakrishnan的半理论模型框架进行改进,提出了考虑固液接触角影响的预示模型。按气泡成长时间与气泡脱离直径的耦合关系,直接根据接触角计算气泡脱离直径并由此计算气泡成长时间。同时将气泡下微液层面积表示为接触角的经验函数,使本计算模型适用于不同固液接触角的加热面。从模型分析上得到了固液接触角对池内核态沸腾特性的影响规律,模型预测结果与亲水面实验结果吻合良好。

A predictive model of nucleate pool boiling on the heated surface with changing contact angle
Abstract:Experimental study and semi-theoretical analysis are conducted on the nucleate pool boiling characteristics of the heating surface with changing contact angle. Since the semi-analytical modeling framework of Benjamin and Balakrishnan (1996) has been proved to be successful when applied on the heating surface without changing contact angle. Combined with the above model and the effect of contact angle, a revised semi-analytical model is proposed in this paper. Considering the coupling relation of the bubble growth time and the bubble departure diameter, the selected correlation of bubble departure diameter can be used to directly calculate the bubble growth time and the microlayer area under the bubble with changing contact angle. These improvements make the present model suitable for the heating surface with changing contact angle. Rules and effect of contact angle on the nucleate pool boiling characteristics of heating surface are obtained from the semi-analytical model. The predicted results are in good agreement with experimental results on hydrophilic heating surface.
