连续减速带激励下非线性半车模型的振动分析

摘要:具有非线性的四自由度半车模型在路面不平度激励下将导致复杂点的振动现象。论文建立连续减速带的动态路面激励函数,构建具有非线性弹簧和非线性阻尼器的四自由度1/2车辆模型,通过分析四自由度非线性车辆模型在受到连续减速带激励时系统四个自由度的变量(车身垂直位移、车身俯仰角和前后轮垂直位移)的速度分岔图、Poincaré截面图研究了系统的振动特性,得到车辆发生混沌振动的速度范围。研究结果表明连续减速带激励可以使系统产生混沌振动。这有助于汽车动态特性的分析和连续减速带的设计。

Vibration analysis of a nonlinear half-vehicle model caued by the consecutive speed control humps
Abstract:Ihis paper is aimed at investigating the complicate vibration of the nonlinear half -vehicle model with 4-DOF(degree of freedom) through the excitations caused by rough road surface. In the paper,the consecutive speed contol humps(SCHs) dynamic excitation function is presented.A 4-DOF vehicle suspension model with nonlinear spring and damper is modeled. The vibration characters of 4-DOF nonlinear vehicle suspension system are investgated by analysing speed bifurcation diagram and Poincaré maps of 4-DOF virants which obtain body's vetical displacement,angle of pitch,displacements of front and rear wheels when passing over the consecutive SCHs. Numerical results confirm that the chaotic vibration response may be excited by the consecutive SCHs .It is useful to the dynamics analysis of vehicle and design of the consecutive SCHs.
