摘要:以醋酸钇、醋酸钡、醋酸铜为起始原料,苯酰丙酮(BzAcH)为化学修饰剂,甲醇为溶剂,能够配制稳定的无氟YBCO感光溶胶,其螯合物的特征吸收峰在330nm附近,采用特定波长的紫外光照射,螯合物结构发生分解,使凝胶薄膜具有紫外感光性能,表现为在有机溶剂中的溶解度下降。利用这种感光特性,使紫外光通过掩膜照射凝胶膜,然后在甲醇和正丁醇的混合溶液中溶洗,获得了周期为5μm的YBCO阵列。

Fabrication of YBCO microarray by sol-gel process using photosensitive metal chelates
Abstract:Using yttrum acetate, barium acetate, and copper acetate as the starting materials, benzalacetone (BzAcH) as chemical modifier, methanol (MeOH) as solvent can synthesize a stable fluorine-free YBCO precursor solution. The coated YBCO gel film using this precursor solution exhibits photosensitivity to UV irradiation at a wavelength of 330 nm. After the subsequent exposing, the YBCO gel ?lm shows a decreased solubility in several organic solvents. Based on the photosensitivity of the YBCO/BzAcH gel film, YBCO microarray is fabricated by irradiating the gel film with UV light through a mask, followed by leaching the unirradiated area in a mixture solvent of methanol and n-butyl alcohol with the volume ratio of 1:1. The YBCO superconducting microarray with the period of 5 μm is obtained by this new photosensitive sol-gel process.
