壳聚糖硬脂酸盐的制备及其降血脂作用

摘要:制备壳聚糖硬脂酸盐,对其降血脂作用进行初步的研究。降血脂实验采用SD雄性大鼠,分为普料组、高脂对照组、壳聚糖组、壳聚糖硬脂酸盐组。通过测定大鼠体重、肝脏指数以及血脂水平的变化,并对肝脏解剖观察,探讨壳聚糖硬脂酸盐降脂效果。经口给予大鼠含壳聚糖硬脂酸盐饲料喂食6周后,与高脂组相比,体重增长变缓,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量下降,并有效减缓了脂肪肝的形成。与壳聚糖组相比,壳聚糖硬脂酸盐降低血清胆固醇效果更好,而对甘油三酯降得较少,这些结果表明壳聚糖硬脂酸盐具有一定的降脂效果。

Preparation of chitosan stearate and its hypolipidemic effect
Abstract:The hypolipidemic activitives of chitosan stearate were evaluated in rats fed high-fat diets.Thirty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats in four groups were fed on three high-fat diets with each of them containing chitosan, chitosan stearate or cellulose (high-fat control), and a control normal-fat diet for eight weeks.By measuring changes in body weight, organ index and blood lipid levels in rats and observating the differeces of livers,the hypolipidemic effect of chitosan stearate was examined.Compared with HFgroup, CSC group showed decreased body weight gain, serum total cholesterol (TC), as well as decreased triglyceride (TG).Moreover, serum total cholesterol of CSC group was lower than those of CTS group but serum triglyceride wasn't. The obtained results suggested that chitosan stearate own a certain lipid-lowering effect.
