真空闪蒸制取冰浆系统火用分析

摘要:本文利用火用分析的方法,对实验用真空喷雾闪蒸制取冰浆系统进行了性能分析,采用已有的计算冷量火用以及火用损失的公式,利用EES软件,对系统中的三个关键环节进行计算,得出各个环节火用损失以及整个系统的火用效率,提出了系统的用能薄弱环节和改进方法。并与过冷水法进行比较。结果表明:实验用真空法制取冰浆系统的火用效率低于过冷水法,但是在满足冷热流体热交换的换热量前提下,减小捕水器内冷热流体的温度差或者是,在保证真空室内可以闪蒸生成冰浆的进水温度条件下,适当提高喷射进水温度,可以减小系统火用损失从而提高其火用效率,而且前者对于系统火用效率影响更大。

Exergy analysis of a ice slurry productiong system by water spray evaporation in a vacuum enviroment
Abstract:Based on the exergy analysis of the process of ice slurry production by vacuum evaporation, using EES this paper caculates the exergy losses and exergy efficiency of three key points of the system ,with existing fomulas of cold exergy losses and exergy efficiency, presents the weak section of the system and the corresponding improvement methods.In addition, comparison was made with the ice slurry generator based on supercooled water methods. Results obtained proved that exergy efficiency of the supercooled water methods is better then the vacuum evaporation methods used in the lab. However, with the premise of heat transfer fullfilled, reducing the temperature difference between thermal and cold fluid of the water trap or appropriately raising the temperature of spray water in the vacuum chamber both can increase the exergy efficiency of the system.. And the former factor is more important.
