水氮调控对水稻叶片荧光参数影响的正交分析

摘要:为揭示水氮调控对水稻叶片荧光特性的影响,实现节水灌溉条件下水肥的高效利用。以盆栽水稻为研究对象,采用正交试验的方法研究了水氮调控对水稻叶片荧光特性的影响。结果表明,施氮量(N)对水稻叶片荧光特性的影响最大,土壤水分(W)和控水阶段(S)的重要性相当,并列第二位;以水稻叶片荧光特性最优为目标,确定各因素最佳水平,得出最佳试验组合为N3W2S2/N3S2W2,即高施氮量(300kg/hm2),控制灌溉标准(分蘖后期、拔节孕穗前期和抽穗开花期根层土壤水分下限分别为60%、70%和80%相对土壤含水率),拔节孕穗前期进行土壤水分控制。

Orthogonal analysis on rice leaf fluorescence parameters with different water and nitrogen controls
Abstract:In order to explore the effects of water and nitrogen control on chlorophyll fluorescence of rice and achieve the efficient utilization of water and fertilizer for rice under water-saving irrigation. Selecting the pot-experiment rice as materials, the effects of water and nitrogen control on chlorophyll fluorescence of rice were studied using the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the nitrogen(N) was the most effective factor to the chlorophyll fluorescence, the effects of soil moisture (W) and water controlling stage (S) on the chlorophyll fluorescence were quite, they tied for the second place. Aiming to make chlorophyll fluorescence of rice optimal, the best level of every factor was confirmed. The best test combinations were determined-- N3W2S2 /N3 S2W2, the high nitrogen application(300kg/hm2),the standard of controlled irrigation(the lowest soil moisture 60% in late tillering stage,70% in early jointing stage and 80% in heading booting flowering stage),and the water controlling stage should be in early jointing stage.
