棕榈酸甲酯-硬脂酸甲酯等压汽液相平衡研究

摘要:采用汽液双循环原理制成的改进Othmer釜测定了棕榈酸甲酯-硬脂酸甲酯二元体系在1 kPa、5 kPa和10 kPa下的等压汽液平衡数据。采用Herington方法进行热力学一致性检验,结果符合热力学一致性。分别采用Wilson和NRTL模型对实验数据进行关联,得到相应的模型参数,从而推算汽液平衡数据。将汽相组成与温度的计算值和实验值进行比较,发现二者偏差较小。实验所测的汽液平衡数据和关联结果为减压精馏设计提供了基础数据。

Research on Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium for methyl palmitate -methyl stearate
Abstract:Methyl palmitate and methyl stearate, the main components of biodiesel, are widely used chemicals in industry. In order to separate and purify the components from biodiesel, the vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the system should be determined. The VLE data for methyl palmitate - methyl stearate system were determined at 1 kPa、5 kPa and 10 kPa, respectively, in a modified Othmer equilibrium still. The thermodynamic consistency of the experimental VLE data was confirmed by the Herington method. The Wilson model and NRTL model were used respectively to correlate the obtained VLE data, and the model parameters were obtained. The calculated vapor composition and temperature were compared with the experimental data, and the deviations were little. The obtained VLE data and the correlated results could be used as the basic data for designing the vacuum distillation process.
