vanadia funtionalized mesoporous silicates (VMS) and their oxidation activity on aromatic compounds

Abstract:Vanadium-based catalytic mesoporous silicates are the good candidates as the redox catalysts, which are used for degradation of volatile organic compounds and combustion of waste organic pollutants. Vanadium modified mesoporous silicates (VMS) was prepared by in-situ method with the assistant of surfactants Brij 56. The properties of VMS were characterized with SEM, N2-sorption isotherm and UV-vis, their activation was studied on the oxidation of phenol, styrene, anisole and toluene. Those catalysts showed a relative low activity for the conversion of phenol and high activity for toluene. The highest conversion of toluene can be achieved with the catalyst Y05.

摘要:催化剂钒基介孔氧化硅是优良的氧化还原催化剂, 可以用于催化降解挥发性有机物和催化燃烧废气的有机污染物, 钒修饰介孔氧化硅(VMS)在表面活性剂Brij56的作用下通过原位法被合成, 合成的VMS用扫描电镜, 氮气吸附脱附等温线和紫外光谱分析等方法进行结构和形貌表征, 并且通过苯酚,苯乙烯,苯甲醛和甲苯的催化氧化对VMS的活性进行评价,三种催化剂对苯酚的转化率都相对较低,对甲苯的转化率都相对较高,催化剂Y05 对甲苯的转化率为最高。
