高尿酸血症患者抗氧化维生素水平的分析

摘要:目的 评价高尿酸血症患者维生素A、E、C的营养状况。方法 选择高尿酸血症患者100例为高尿酸组;选择同期就诊的年龄、地域等相匹配的健康体检者100为正常对照组。采用24小时膳食调查法与高效液相色谱法检测每日膳食中维生素A、E、C的摄入水平及血清水平,利用SPSS16.0统计软件对两组水平进行比较分析。结果 高尿酸血症患者维生素A、E、C膳食摄入水平和血清水平低于膳食推荐摄入量与血清正常水平;与对照组比较,每日膳食维生素A摄入水平及血清维生素A、C水平升高,每日膳食中维生素E、C摄入水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 高尿酸血症患者存在不同程度的抗氧化维生素缺乏。

Analysis on the nutrition levels of anti-oxidation vitamins in hyperurecimia
Abstract:Objectives To analysis on the nutrition levels of anti-oxidation vitamins in hyperurecimia. Methods 100 hyperurecimia patients were selected as the case group, 100 healthy adult were selected as the control group. 24 h diet recall and HPLC were used to measure the intake levels of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C and their serum levels in order to evaluate the nutrition condition and to compare the difference between in the two groups. Results The dietary intake levels and serum levels of anti-oxidation vitamins in hyperurecimia were lower than DRIS and the normal serum value. The serum vitamin A ,C were higher in the case group than those in the control group, but the dietary intake levels of vitamin E,C was lower in case group than in control group. These difference were significant ((P<0.05). Conclusions There are some anti-oxidation vitamins deficiency in hyperurecimia.
