宽电压输入嵌入式系统电源模块设计

摘要:电源模块是嵌入式系统最重要的一个模块,其主要作用是将外部供电转为内部电路可用的直流低电压。普通的线性稳压器负载电流小,输出电压精度不高,所以对于需要较大工作电流的处理器则不能很好的适用,因此需要采用能够输出更大电流的开关电源。本文设计一种基于集成开关电源芯片及其外围电路构成的电源模块,该模块能够支持8~40V直流电源输入,单路核心电压可以实现最大2A的持续电流输出。实测结果表明该模块具有较高的输出电压精度以及较小的纹波,能够较好的适用于嵌入式系统供电。

The design of power module with wide DC voltage input for embedded system
Abstract:The power module is the most important module for embedded system,and it's used to get the voltage used by internal circuit from the external voltage supply. The linear regulator is not suitable for processor with high work current because of its low load current and low voltage accuracy,so the switching power supply will be required which can be output the higher current.This paper design a power module based on the integrated chips and peripheral circuits,and this module can input DC 8-40V,and the maxim countinuous current output can comes to 2A for the singel core volatge.The experimental results show that the module has a high voltage accuracy and a small ripple,and can apply to embedded system.
