摘要:电磁检测技术是一种新型的无损检测技术,被广泛应用于导电物体的电学特性测量。本文通过理论分析和仿真验证,揭示了共轴线圈对互感信号的相位信息与被测溶液电导率/ 激励频率之间的正比关系。基于这种关系,作者提出了一种利用共轴线圈对测量电解质溶液电导率的非接触式测量方法, 并设计开发了一套基于FPGA架构的低电导率电解质溶液测量装置。实验结果表明,该方法具有实时性高、无接触的特点,在流体实时检测和长期监控方面有较好的研究价值和应用前景。

A Non-contact Method of Electrolyte Solution Conductivity Measurement Using Coaxial Coil Pair
Abstract:Electromagnetic detecting technique is a new type of testing technology,which is wildly used in the electric properties measurement for conductive objects. By theoretical analysis and simulation verification, this paper reveals the proportional relationship between the phase information of the mutual inductance and the conductivity of the detected electrolyte solution. Based on this relationship, a non-contact method of electrolyte solution conductivity measurement using coaxial coil pair is proposed here, and a FPGA-based conductivity measuring device for electrolyte solution with low conductivity is also developed. The experimental result indicates that this method has the characteristics of high real-time quality and non-contact property, and that has a better research value and application prospect in the real-time detection and long-term monitoring.
