云制造资源调度耦合因素作用机理研究

摘要:云制造资源调度耦合因素作用机理研究是对云制造这一新型制造模式进行分析、量化和建模的理论基础与关键,具有重要的理论研究与工程应用价值。然而,在研究资源调度时,由于各影响因素间耦合作用机理的复杂性以及耦合度难以量化,导致当前研究无法深入且缺乏有效性。对此,本文创造性的提出了一套研究云制造资源调度耦合作用机理的新原理和新方法;通过研究影响调度效果及制造稳定性各因素间的耦合作用机理,建立资源协同模型,以构建满足约束条件的制造资源链。通过本文研究,期望能提高云制造资源调度优化层次,推动云制造的深层次应用和发展。

Study on Function Principle of Resource Scheduling Coupling factors in Cloud Manufacturing
Abstract:Study on the cloud manufacturing resource scheduling coupling function principle is the theoretical basis and key elements to analyze, quantify, model, and that has largely important theoretical research and engineering applications. However, it is difficult to quantify the complexity and coupling coefficient of the coupling mechanism when the resource scheduling is researched, and thus the current research is unable to penetrate and lack of efficacy. In this regard, new principles and methods for the resources scheduling coupling function principle research of cloud manufacturing were put forward creatively.By studying the coupling mechanism of the impact factors about scheduling effect and manufacturing stability, in ord to establish resource collaborative model, then constructed manufacturing resource chain to meet the constraints. Through this study, expected to raise the level of cloud manufacturing resource scheduling optimization, to promote the application and development of the deep-level cloud manufacturing.
