不同植物对小麦化感物质DIMBOA (2,4-二羟基-7-甲氧基-(2H)-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮) 的诱导效应

摘要:DIMBOA(2,4-二羟基-7-甲氧基-(2H)-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮)是小麦等禾本科植物的特异化感物质,在抗菌、抗虫和防御杂草等方面都具有重要作用。本文研究了不同植物对小麦DIMBOA含量的诱导效应。通过土培和根系分隔实验,借助超高效液相色谱质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS-MS)分析了31种植物伴生对小麦DIMBOA含量的影响。结果表明,一些植物能够诱导小麦组织中DIMBOA含量升高,特别是鸡眼草(Kummerowia striata Schind L.)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)、大豆(Glycine max L.)、苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medic.)和田皂角(Aeschynomene indica L.)导致DIMBOA浓度升高70%以上,另一些植物对小麦的DIMBOA生物合成无影响,显示小麦对不同植物的化学诱导作用具有选择性。小麦地下部DIMBOA浓度明显高于地上部,但在DIMBOA浓度变化的趋势上,地上部和地下部表现出较好的同步性。对小麦地上部生物量产生抑制作用的情形中,小麦地上部生物量与地上部DIMBOA浓度具有显著的相关性。另外,豆科和十字花科植物、一年或越年生植物、麦田杂草诱导小麦DIMBOA浓度升高的概率较大;豆科植物诱导小麦DIMBOA水平升高的幅度较大,小型种子植物诱导的增幅较小。

Effects of the production of allelochemical DIMBOA(2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-(2H)-1,4- benzoxazin-3- (4H)-one) in wheat in response to different plants
Abstract:DIMBOA (2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-(2H)-1,4-benzoxazin-3-(4H)-one) is a typical allelochemical in wheat, which is involved in the defense of wheat against insects, pathogens and weeds. In this study, Effects of the production of DIMBOA in wheat in response to 31 plant species were investigated by using pot culture and UPLC-MS-MS. Subsequently, The concentration of DIMBOA in wheat were induced by several plants including Kummerowia striata L., Raphanus sativus L., Glycine max L., Abutilon theophrasti L. and Aeschynomene indica L. while no induced effect were observed in other plant species. The results indicated that the production of DIMBOA in wheat is related to the species in the presence of plant competitors. There was much higher concentration of DIMBOA in wheat root than in wheat shoots. However, the concentration of DIMBOA in wheat shoots and root showed preferable synchronicity. There was a positive relationship between wheat biomass, and DIMBOA concentration in the presence of different plants, Suppression of wheat biomass were more likely to induce higher DIMBOA level with different plants. In particular, leguminous and cruciferous, the annual /biennialand wheat-field weeds, tended to increase the synthesis of DIMBOA in wheat.
