光学复合纳米纤维的制备及性能研究初探

摘要:利用静电纺丝法成功制备了联吡啶钌掺杂的多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯酸树脂光学复合纳米纤维(Ru-MWNTs-S100)。采用扫描电子显微镜 (FESEM )、透射电子显微镜 ( TEM )研究了复合物纳米纤维的结构和形态。复合纳米纤维无规取向形成多孔3D结构的纳米纤维膜,直径范围从50 nm到500 nm。初步探讨电纺工艺条件对制备复合纳米纤维的形态影响。进一步对复合纳米纤维的荧光、电化学、电致化学发光性能进行了初步研究。

Preparation and Properties of the luminescent composite nanofibers
Abstract:The luminescent composite nanofibres composing of tris(2,2-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) -doped multi-walled carbon nanotube and Eudraigt S-100 (Ru-MWNTs-S100) were successfully prepared by electrospinning. Complex structure and morphology of the luminescent composite nanofibers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The composite nanofibers form porous 3D structure of randomly oriented nano-fiber membrane, with diameters ranging from 50 nm to 500 nm. Preliminary study was conducted to investigate the influences of electrospinning process conditions in the structure and morphology of the composite nanofibers, as well as their fluorescence, electrochemistry and electrogenerated chemiluminescence properties.
