不同时长循环载荷对兔股直肌肌纤维类型的影响

摘要:目的:研究不同循环载荷训练时长对兔骨骼肌纤维类型转变的影响。方法:45只雌性新西兰大白兔,按训练时长不同随机分成2H、4H、6H、12H和24H组。左后肢作为实验侧,进行循环载荷训练,右后肢为对照侧,无处理。各组完成相应时长的循环载荷训练后,处死、取材、冰冻切片、ATP酶染色,应用Metamorph Offline对不同类型肌纤维形态学计量。采用SAS6.1.2进行统计分析处理,显著性水平为P<0.05。结果:与24H对照侧相比,24H循环载荷训练侧I型肌纤维相对数量、相对面积显著增加(P<0.01);IIb型肌纤维的相对数量、相对面积明显减少(P<0.01);IIa型肌纤维相对面积及单位面积显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。其它各时长的循环载荷训练侧与相应对照侧相比,各型肌纤维的相对数量及面积均无显著性变化(p>0.05)。结论:足够时长的循环载荷训练能分别使各型肌纤维在相对数量、相对面积等方面发生明显改变。

The effect of different cycle load durations on muscle fiber types of rabbit rectus femoris
Abstract:Objective: The study was aimed at investigating the effect of different durations of cycle load on the muscle fiber type transformation . Methods: 45 adult female New Zealand rabbits according to the different cycle load durations were randomly divided into 2H, 4H, 6H, 12H and 24H group. Left legs were applied cycle load as the experimental side. Right legs were served as the control side. After finished the corresponding cycle load durations, the rectus femoris muscle were sampled , frozen section and stained with ATPase. The different muscle fiber types were observed and measured by morphometric method with Metamorph Offline software. the statistical data were analysed by SAS6.1.2 and the level of significance was for P < 0.05. Results: Compared with 24 h control side, the relative number and relative area of type I fiber increased significantly (P <0.01) ,type IIb fiber decreased significantly (P <0.01) and the relative area and unit area of type IIa fiber increased significantly (P <0.01,P<0.05)in 24h cycle load side. In other groups, three types of muscle fiber showed no change in experimental sides compared with corresponding control sides(P>0.05). Conclusion: The relative area and relative number etc. occur respectively significant changes in each muscle fiber type after a sufficient duration of cycle load.
