壳聚糖生物电活性膜的体外生物学评价

摘要:本实验的目的是初步评价壳聚糖生物电活性膜的体外生物学性能。实验将成骨细胞接种于已制备好的壳聚糖生物电活性膜,检测成骨细胞的粘附铺展、增殖和分化情况。结果显示,与未极化壳聚糖膜相比,生物电活性膜上的细胞粘附铺展快,细胞增殖能力增强,碱性磷酸酶活性提高。本实验研究结果为壳聚糖生物电活性膜的临床应用提供了一定的理论基础。

In vitro evaluation of chitosan bioelectret membranes
Abstract:The objective of this study is to explore the biocompatibility of chitosan bioelectret membranes in vitro. Chitosan bioelectret membranes were prepared and the rat osteoblasts were seeded on the bioelectret membranes. Results showed that compared with the unpolarized membranes, the osteoblasts adhered and spread well on the bioelectret membranes. Moreover, the proliferation ability and alkaline phosphatase activity of cells on the bioelectret membranes were significantly higher than that on the unpolarized membranes. In conclusion, the results of the study provided evidence for the potential clinical application of chitosan bioelectret membranes.
