类人胶原蛋白铬复合物的合成及表征

摘要:本文以类人胶原蛋白(HLC)为配体,在MOPS缓冲液中反应制备了HLC-Cr复合物,并对其制备的工艺参数进行了优化,结果表明,在室温下HLC和Cr3+反应的最优pH为6.5,质量比为10:3,反应时间为1 h,得到的铬离子与HLC的结合物质量比为8.39;同时采用紫外-可见分光光谱和傅里叶红外变换光谱对HLC-Cr复合物进行结构表征,发现HLC和Cr3+之间存在相互作用,并形成了新的化合物,羰基(C=O)和氨基(N-H)均与HLC-Cr复合物的形成有关。

Preparation and Characterization of Recombinant Human-Like Collegen-Chromium Complex
Abstract:I In the article, human-like collegan (HLC) was used as ligands, HLC-Cr complex was generated in MOPS buffer, and the parameters of preparation process were optimized. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were carried out at room temperature, pH6.5 for 1 h and the mass ratio (HLC:Cr) was 10:3, and the binding capacity(n(Cu)/n(HLC)), determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, was about 8.93. The Cr-HLC complex was analyzed by Ultraviolet-visibleabsorption (UV-vis) spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and the result showed that some chemical reaction happened between HLC and manganese to form a new chemical compound different from the pure HLC, and the complex coud served as a ligand, linking the chromium ion via both groups of C=O and N-H.
